Return Policy
H1Photo offers a 14 day Return Policy, so buy with confidence!!!
You may return or exchange an item, excluding any shipping charges, within a period of fourteen (14) days according to the following guidelines:
All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer's packaging.
All supplied manufacturer's accessories are included in original factory packaging. Camera accessories must be returned within (7) days of delivery. Special order items are non - refundable.
Original manufacturer's warranty cards and paperwork must be blank. All returns must be double boxed (manufacturer's box inside a shipping box) and accompanied by a H1PhotoReturn Authorization (RA) number. Please contact our customer service department for your RMA number.
Make sure to insure the package. H1Photo cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Returns of opened merchandise are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Note: restocking fees do NOT apply to unopened merchandise!

Warranty Policy

All digital cameras are brand new with a USA warranty unless stated otherwise.
Items sold by H1Photo are warrantied either by the manufacturer - distributor, or directly by H1Photo. All items in need of repair should be sent directly to the manufacturer/distributor of services, as pertaining to conditions and time period set forth in warranty. If the distributor declines to honor the manufacturers warranty, H1Photo will honor the warranty. The same conditions prevail, i.e. coverage for service/parts and labor against any defect (except in cases of negligence) with the exception of the time period, which is limited to one year only. Your warranty card and/or sales slip must accompany all items.

** Leica Warranty Plan
-Important: Your Leica Optic Purchase must be registered within 30 days from date of purchase to obtain the exclusive Leica Camera Inc (USA) lifetime Sport Optics Passport Protection Plan! Be sure to sign and return the completed registration card within the required time period!
-Congratulations on your purchase of a Leica Sport Optics product (Equipment). By registering your purchase, and upon acknowledgement of that registration, you will gain the full benefits of our Leica Lifetime Sport Optics Passport Protection Plan. This exclusive plan provides protection against manufacturer defects, functional failures, or any accidental damages to the covered Equipment, including breakage, water damage or any accident. Excluded are occurrences of fire, theft, any mysterious disappearance, or deliberate damage.
-The Leica Optics Passport Protection Plan provides for repair or replacement for any problem that prevents the proper optical or mechanical function of the covered Equipment. Cosmetic or other signs of normal wear tear on the external surfaces, included lenses are not considered as effecting optical or mechanical function of the Equipment.

**SAMSUNG Service Policy and Procedure
-This Samsung product is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects, workmanship and materials. This warranty shall be limited to the repair and/or adjustment.
-The service will be performed by one of the Samsung camera service agents listed on this card.
-This warranty becomes void if the product shows evidence of having been dropped, impact, sand and/or water damage, mishandling, tampering, battery or chemical corrosion, use contrary to the applicable instruction manual, shipping damage or damage resulting from repairs performed by other than Samsung authorized international service agents.
Routine clearing, normal cosmetic and mechanical wear and tear are not covered under the terms of this warranty.

**CASIO Service Policy and Procedure
-Casio Products are warranted by Casio and its distributors to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
-During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired using Casio reconditioned/replacement partsor the product will be replaced with the same or a similar reconditioned/replacement model at Casio's discretion.

** NIKON Digital Imaging Limited Warranty
YOUR NIKON INC. ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (VALID IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, ALASKA, HAWAII, CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA, AND THE CARIBBEAN). YOU MUST PRESENT THIS FORM TOGETHER WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND PROOF OF PURCHASE DATE (BILL OF SALE) TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE.

This Nikon Digital Imaging Product is warranted by Nikon, Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
During this period if this product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, Nikon Inc, or one its authorized service facilities will at its option, either repair or replace this Product without charge, subject to the following conditions, limitations and exclusions:

This warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser only and is not assignable or transferable.
This warranty shall not apply to any Product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, negligence, alteration or accident, or has had its serial number altered or removed.

USA means that we purchased the camera from the company's representative here in the USA. Therefore the manufacturer's warranty is applicable.
